- omics analyses (genomic, transcriptomic, metagenomic, etc.) on livestock and livestock diseases (i.e. blue tongue, leishmania, WNV, etc.)

- Analyses of -omic data from array or sequencing (NGS, short and long reads)

- Big Data analyses, also with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence methods - Biodiversity studies on livestock

- aDNA analyses (from wet lab to bioinformatic analyses
