  • Microbial ecology of foods, 

  • microbial interactions in complex systems, 

  • interactions of microorganisms and host, 

  • gut microbiota and diet/health

  • microbial dynamics in food fermentations, 

  • foodborne pathogens and food safety

 Basic skills in microbiology, molecular biology

For some projects bioinformatic skills would be useful
