This hands-on tutorial will introduce Deep Inverse, an open-source PyTorch-based library for solving imaging inverse problems with deep learning (https://deepinv.github.io/). We will cover the basics, as in how to instantiate a forward physical system and solve an ill-posed inverse problem with standard variational methods. We will also explore how to use advanced learning-based techniques such as plug-and-play, unrolling or generative models to build powerful reconstruction algorithms.
