Davide Picca works at the intersection of computational linguistics, semiotics, and digital humanities, focusing on how meaning is formed and interpreted by both humans and AI. His research combines semiotic theory with computational models, notably in the project Peirce Interprets Peirce, and explores AI as an interpretive agent in cultural and historical analysis.
