Sylvie Lorente is the William M. Brown Endowed Chair Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Villanova University and Senior Associate Dean for Research & Innovation. An internationally recognized expert in flow architectures, she studies hierarchical transport systems across engineering and biology and is among the world’s most cited scientists.
