Dr Juliet Carpenter is Director of Research at the University of Oxford’s Global Centre on Healthcare and Urbanisation. A geographer, her work spans urban studies, planning, and political science, with a focus on sustainable urban development, healthy urbanism, just transitions, and co-creation. She leads international, policy-engaged research on urban sustainability, including an EU Driving Urban Transitions project on the 15-minute city, and has published widely across journals, books, and policy arenas.
