The seminar will focus on areas beyond motor science, covering topics in the areas of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences, Biotechnological, Biocomputational, Pharmaceutical and Pharmacological Sciences, Cellular and Molecular Biology, Computer Science and Engineering and related areas, presenting the state of the art of aerobic and anaerobic evaluation in sport and health through new technologies, thus making evaluations more specific and applicable to sports practice and quality of life. It will also present the importance of a multidisciplinary view of physical assessment in sports and quality of life studies and propose ideas for closer ties between high-performance sports and the university, as part of the university's third mission.
