Associate Professor TECNOLOGICO DE COSTA RICA (TEC)
Laura Patricia Brenes Peralta is an Associate Professor at Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC) with a PhD from the University of Bologna in Agriculture, Environmental, and Food Science. Since 2009, teaches and leads research on sustainable agri-food systems, circular economy, and food loss and waste. Coordinates the Agroindustrial Management Research Centre and the Costa Rican Food Loss and Waste Reduction Network, and collaborates with international organizations including FAO and UNDP.
