In Vitro Futures is a critical and innovative anthropological analysis of embryo donation from a transnational, multi-sited and comparative perspective between Canada and Spain. The project focuses on three highly timely key issues: A) What is the fate of spare embryos? B) How are they represented by embryo donors and recipients? C) What influences are played by cultures, societies, and politics on embryo donation practices?
