The ICT-ON Research Group consists of professionals engaged for years in research and consultancy for small and medium-sized enterprises, companies, trade associations and non-profit organizations, who operate both nationally and internationally.
Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna
Salvatore Zappalà is Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna, where he teaches, among other things, "Organizational Change and Development" and "Design thinking for the planning of organizational interventions".
He has been local coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master Degree in Work, Organization and Psychotherapy Psychology (WOP-P) program and a member of the Executive Committee of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (E.A.W.O.P.). Fulbright fellow in 2010.
He is a member of the European Awarding Committee of E.F.P.A. for the EuroPsy project. His research interests include: organizational change, effects of the service climate on user / client satisfaction, psycho-social factors connected to the introduction of innovation in organizations, groups of entrepreneurs who govern inter-organizational collaborations and networks of companies.
He is a component of the Department of Psychology and member of the Lav.OR.I.O.Laboratory (http://www.psicologia.unibo.it/it/ricerca/centri-di-ricerca-e-laboratori/Laboratorio-lavorio).
PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology - Adjunct Professor - Trainer
Simone Donati is Adjunct Professor at the University of Bologna, where he teaches in the Master's Degree in Psychology of Organizations and Services and in the Degree Course in Psychological Sciences and Techniques. He obtained his Ph.D. in Social, Developmental and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna with a thesis focused on the factors which enhance performance and innovativeness of the Business Networks' managerial teams. Member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) and of the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP), in 2017 he won the "Young Researcher Best W / P Paper Award" promoted by the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP) - "Organizational Psychiology" section. Since 2011, he has carried out training and consulting activities for small and medium-sized enterprises and trade associations in Emilia-Romagna.
His research interests focus on psychosocial factors (diversity, trust, identification and commitment) and on dynamic relationships (leadership, communication and social networks) that promote effectiveness and innovativeness in network management teams of small and medium-scale companies.
PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology - Adjunct Professor
Fabio Massei is working as Senior Consultant and Talent Development Business Area Leader at Atrain GmbH. He is responsible for the Talent Development business area operations and P&L, leading a team of 10 consultants. He completed his PhD in Social, Developmental and Organizational Psychology at University of Bologna with the dissertation: “Innovation in the Workplace: The Role of Job Characteristics, Motiv ation and Organizational Factors in Promoting Ideas Generation and Adoption”. Best Doctoral Dissertation Award 2010: Italian Association of Psychology (AIP).
Fabio is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certified coach and certified test user (Ability and Personality) at the BPS (British Psychological Society).

Senior lecturer at National Research University Higher School of Economics (Russian Federation)
Evgeniya Kravchenko is senior lecturer at National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russian Federation). She obtained a PhD at the University of Bologna, Italy, investigating the perception of organizational efficacy in internationalizing firms. Now she is a consultant for Italian companies which operates in Russia.
Her research interests concern organizational efficacy, leadership, and work engagement.
Intern
Ferdinando Toscano attends the last year of Master's Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna.
Currently, he is a curricular intern at the ICT-ON research group, where he deals - among the various topics - with leadership, creativity and innovation and flexible work.
His thesis will focus on the construction of profiles of Italian Internet users with a view to life-long learning and development in the life cycle.

Alessandro Malinconico attends the second year of Master's Degree in Psychology of Organizations and Services at the University of Bologna. His Master Degree thesis investigates the development of trust dynamics among members belonging to work teams. He completed his curricular internship at Arcadia Team, a company that combines the positive use of technology with psychology for well-being and personal and professional improvement.

Ilaria Papola attends the second year of the Master's Degree in Psychology of Organizations and Services. Her thesis concerns the theme of the diversity of working groups. She carried out her curricular internship at Arcadia Team, where she dealt with technology applied to work wellbeing and professional training.
