Can the recent revision of articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution of the Italian Republic be framed in such a way as to found a new legal approach to the environmental issue? The positivization (at a constitutional level) of the protection of the environment, ecosystems and animals as a fundamental principle of the Italian legal system has brought about a substantial change to the constitutional pact capable of leading to a significant transformation of the powers of the State as well as the methods of their exercise ? This, in short, is the question from which the research project "Founded on the environment" starts, which tries to focus on it from three different visual angles: the political-legislative one, the territorial-administrative one and, finally, the judicial one.
