PhD in Agricultural Economics and Policy; adjunct professor at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna since 2017; conducts research in agri-food economics, food marketing, and marketing research. Current research interests are mainly directed at studying consumer behaviour towards food products, particularly, but not limited to, artisanal products, wine and spirits, and plant-based beverages alternatives to milk.

Technical staff at the Unit of Economics, Engineering and Hydraulics, with a background in agrifood economics and engineering. Her work focuses on innovation processes in small and medium-sized enterprises within the agrifood sector. She has also contributed to studies on information asymmetries, agrifood systems, and territorial development. Experience in survey design and implementation, data collection, and both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, gained through participation in European research projects and applied studies in economic analysis and innovation in the agrifood sector.
