What if the stranger was you?

In this role-play you will experience first-hand listening and first reception practices aimed both at foreigners from conflict or emergency situations and at compatriots in difficulty. After taking your place at the reception point, you will have to listen to the user (impersonated by a Caritas operator), analyse the difficult situation and propose intervention solutions. At the end you will receive an evaluation on how you handled the situation.
