EYE-Forlì is looking for volunteers

Do you want to become a volunteer for the European Youth Event in Forlì?

APPLICATION PERIOD: 10 APRIL - 5 MAY  2024 (until 12:59 PM)

If

•  you are a student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree course at the Forlì Campus and are under 30 years of age;
• you want to contribute to the organisation of the European Youth Event 2024 (Local - Forlì), which will involve thousands of young people from all over Europe,

to participate, please fill in the online form at the bottom of this page, attaching your CV and your identity document, by 5 May 2024.

Among the applications received and deemed suitable, a maximum of 150 will be selected by an evaluation committee, composed of two professors from the Scientific Committee and the Head of the Punto Europa European Documentation Centre in Forlì.

For the composition of the ranking, the following elements will be taken into account:

•  The order of arrival of the application;
• CV;
• Skills in event organisation and management.

If you are selected, you will have to respect certain commitments:

•  attend training and update meetings;
•  be willing and available to carry out your commitments as a volunteer in the area of organising activities and managing communication;
•  maintain your commitment from the moment of selection until the end of the event on 17-19 May;
• provide support, if necessary, in data collection and communication activities in the period immediately following the event.
