Being a JEur doesn’t just mean introducing students to the world of work, but also giving space to the vision that young people have of the future of work. Junior Enterprises enables giving substance to Gen Z’s proposals on the world of tomorrow. During this workshop, we’ll reflect on the added value that young individuals can bring to companies and the importance of believing in them. We’ll compare expectations with real data and propose ideas for a future workforce that knows how to listen to and value young talents.
