Support and welcome: I arrived at the university on the 15th of September and they gave me a very nice welcome.
Language difficulties: The first weeks it was a little bit difficult for me to follow the classes. But with the online course of Italian that my university gave me I was able to understand most of it in about one month.
Accommodation e ease to find it: I was warned that it was very difficult to find a house in Bologna but I was very lucky because a friend of mine gave me his house.
Transports: This was one of the most difficult things for me in Bologna. Every day I had to get a bus to get to the university ant it took me 45 minutes to get there.
Integration with Italian students: I was very comfortable with the Italian students but I would like to mention specially the Omnia’s university pupils and IVSA who were those who most helped me.
Evaluation of courses and practices: Some professors were giving his classes with animals which made the theorical classes much more pleasant and entertaining.
Most profitable year of course to come: My studies in Bologna have been an unforgettable experience for me. For this reason, I recommend to all the students who wants to study abroad to not refuse this incredible experience.
PRO: Bologna’s Vet University has a very good level of education. In my case I had one month of practical training in Obstetrics and Reproduction of Large and Small animals on which I have learned a lot of important procedures.
