• Establishment of the website ENLARGE.
• Kick Off online meeting and establishment of Steering Committee, Administrative Board, Editorial Commitee, Working Group on the future of Enlargement Policy, planning of the activities, approval of the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, approval of the visual identity.
• Editorial Committee meeting online for: appointment of the Communication Officer and Communication Strategy, management of the website ENLARGE, social media activities, press office.

• Academic Research and Surveys, to be completed in February 2027.

• Lectures for school teachers, EUREKA model.
• Meetings in schools with students (Punto Europa-EUREKA model) + didactic materials (produced by UNIBO in English, translated by partners).
