LuBeC 2025 - XXII Edizione - Ponti di cultura

LuBeC – Lucca Beni Culturali is the annual convening organised by the Promo PA Foundation and held in person at the Real Collegio in Lucca. The event promotes cultural development as a driver of growth, competitiveness, and innovation for the country and its territories. It is supported by local institutions, the Tuscany Region, and the Italian Ministry of Culture.

PONTI DI CULTURA (Bridges of Culture) serves as the guiding theme of the twenty-first edition of LuBeC. In a period marked by profound transformations, culture increasingly demonstrates its capacity to generate connections and activate communities, fostering stronger relationships within and across differences—between generations, places, people, forms of knowledge, and modes of expression.

The notion of a ‘bridge’ evokes the ability to link what is distant, enabling dialogue and cohesion, and contributing to innovation and sustainable development. Through its multiple approaches and languages, culture traverses sectoral boundaries to intersect with digital, technological, and green transitions; cultural welfare; urban and rural regeneration; social innovation; and creative entrepreneurship. In doing so, it reasserts itself as a foundational element of a society capable of addressing contemporary economic, social, and ecological pressures and needs.
