The Piezosurgery™ plus is an ultrasonic surgical device for performing bone cutting, equipped with handpieces and specific inserts that allow osteotomy techniques, osteoplasty, and drilling of holes in a variety of surgical procedures such as otolaryngology, oral- maxillofacial surgery, hand and foot surgery, neurosurgery, spinal surgery, plastic-reconstructive surgery, orthopedics, and thoracic surgery
The device can also be used with the aid of visual endoscopic techniques. It uses piezoelectric ultrasound technology to generate mechanical microvibrations that allow cutting of mineralized structures with minimal damage to soft tissue. It is equipped with two piezoelectric channels having different power and independent electronics.

Frequency tuning and optimal power levels for each insert, automatically adjusted thanks to the electronic feedback system.
Vibration amplitude related to the device setting, the flexibility of the metal material used for the insert, the morphology of the insert, and the irrigation flow level.
