Italy and China: 50 years of relations

Since 2010, the quarterly magazine Orizzonte Cina has been contributing to the debate on contemporary China in Italian language, publishing essays that would make available a comprehensive knowledge of political insitutions, international relations and socio-economic dynamics of the People's Republic of China.

The 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and China, celebrated this year, is discussed in the latest issue of the magazine, in relation to a significant deterioration of the international political and economic framework caused by COVID-19 pandemic effects.

The webinar is organized by the Centro di ricerca sulle minoranze (Cerm) of the University of Insubria, in collaboration with the Confucius Institute of the University of Milan and it will be held on Thursday December 10th from 10:00 to 12:00 a.m.
