Chinese Law: Rule of Law and Pragmatism

The event, organized by the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in the context of the PRIN (Research Projects of National Interest) on the "Belt and Road Initiative”, and of the Chairs of Marine Insurance Law and Maritime and Port Law, will be held through an 8-hour seminar series. The lessons will be provided during the Marine Insurance Law and Maritime and Port Law classes, but it will be open to all students of Legal Studies Department courses, PhD students, Professors, Researchers and Lawyers.
