The University of Bologna continues to consolidate its international positioning and reaches 123rd place globally in the new edition of the QS World University Rankings, marking its best historical result since the ranking was established. This achievement represents a leap forward of fifteen positions over the last year and a remarkable forty-three positions over the past five years, firmly placing the University within the top tier of the world's best universities.

For the Alumni community, a significant data point emerges from the employer reputation indicator, the Employer Reputation, which measures precisely the quality and preparation of those who graduated from Bologna. In this specific area, the University recorded a growth of eighteen positions, a result that combines with the third place obtained nationally for general employment outcomes. These numbers tangibly confirm how the leadership and skills of professionals trained by the Alma Mater are increasingly recognized, appreciated, and competitive in global markets.

The overall growth is also supported by the excellence of the academic reputation, which sees the University at sixty-sixth place worldwide, and by its ability to build highly prestigious international research networks. The attractiveness to international students and the impact of scientific production only reinforce a global network of which our former students are the primary ambassadors, benefiting from a degree whose value on an international level continues to advance.
