A few weeks ago, Fondazione Golinelli officially joined the corporate structure of Almacube, the innovation hub of the University of Bologna and Confindustria Emilia. The move aims to integrate G-Factor’s expertise (specializing in life sciences and digital health) to provide more structured support for businesses emerging from academic research.

The partnership focuses on managing the entire growth cycle of a startup: from the initial incubation phase in research labs to industrial validation and market access. This synergy seeks to streamline innovation services, offering young researchers and entrepreneurs a single, more robust partner.

For the Unibo Alumni community, this development offers practical benefits. Alumni in managerial or entrepreneurial roles will have access to a broader network for open innovation projects, while recent graduates will find more effective tools to turn their skills into business ventures.

This collaboration strengthens Bologna as a center for "deep tech" development, confirming the University's commitment to building an ecosystem where alumni talent can find high-profile professional and entrepreneurial opportunities.
