2026 Marisa Bellisario Award: Golden Apple awarded to alumna Raffaella Pannuti

Among the protagonists of the 38th edition of the "Women Who Make a Difference" Award, promoted by the Marisa Bellisario Foundation, is a representative of our University community. Alumna Raffaella Pannuti was awarded the Golden Apple in the Healthcare category.

At the helm of the ANT Foundation since 2011 (Italy's most important organization for free home-based socio-health assistance to cancer patients), Raffaella Pannuti has dedicated her career to the development and dissemination of palliative care and family support. The award recognizes her leadership in healthcare welfare innovation and the organization's ability to manage impact even during the most complex phases, such as the pandemic emergency.

This milestone demonstrates once again how the education and skills acquired at the University of Bologna translate into high-value social projects capable of driving change and transforming the public health sector on a national level.
