Check your situation via AlmaRM : if you’ve been successful, your application status is “vincitore” and your data, along with the list of the selected courses, will be sent to the partner university. On the contrary, if your application status is “idoneo”, this means you’ve not been selected and you won’t have the chance to join the initiative.
Information for selected students, according to the host university:
FU BERLIN: our office will send to Berlin selected students’ data for the two courses on January 25th. Students are due to fill in the online application form within March 15th, 2021: http://www.fubis.org/online/index.html
KU LEUVEN: our office will send to Leuven the data and the list of courses of the 20 selected students on January 25th. Afterwards, students will receive information about their eventual selection also by the KU Leuven and will receive application information directly from the partner university.
UHELSINKI: selected students must apply online at https://studies.helsinki.fi/instructions/article/una-europa-online-courses-university-helsinki within January 29th. Students selected also by the University of Helsinki will be contacted directly by the partner university.
KRAKOW: Our office will send to Krakow the data and the list of courses of the 5 selected students on January 25th. Students are due to apply online within February 12th at www.incomingstudents.uj.edu.pl (compulsory attachment: English language certificate B2)
UC MADRID: our office will send to Madrid the data of the 6 selected students on January 25th. After that date students, if selected also by UCM, will receive the application information from UCM directly. Application deadline will be January 29th.
Information for all selected students:
Selected students who will be also successfully selected by the partner universities will receive further information about the Learning Agreement procedures in the next days. They are allowed to start attending the online courses of the host university even before starting the Learning Agreement procedure, if needed.
