Participation Fee: 80€
The Winter School is limited to 50 participants:  preference will be given to doctoral students conducting research related to the theme of the school.

Application requirements

•  Abstract (Word), prepared with the downloadable Abstract Template.
 ➝ File name: SURNAME_ACWS2026
•  Application Form (downloadable at the bottom of this page), fully completed.
• Doctoral students only: a supervisor’s statement confirming doctoral status.

 

How to apply — step by step

1. Submit your application (1 October – 12 December 2025)

!! Please remember to send the mail to both the addresses !!

  • the completed Application Form,
  • your abstract (Word, SURNAME_ACWS2026),
  • (if applicable) the supervisor’s statement.

2. Receive the selection outcome & fee details

Selected applicants will receive a confirmation email with:

  • confirmation of participation,
  • instructions for payment of the registration fee (€80), which covers participation in all sessions, course materials, coffee breaks, and lunches.

3. Complete the payment

  • After receiving the confirmation email, transfer the fee by bank transfer to:

  • Send a copy of the payment receipt, specifying your full name, to valeria.taraborrell3@unibo.it  & elisabetta.tassinar3@unibo.it (organizers/accounting office).

4. Final confirmation

Only after verification of the payment will you receive the final confirmation email.
Your enrollment will then be officially completed.

 

Insurance

For insurance coverage throughout the entire duration of the event, all participants will be automatically registered free of charge with CUSB
