Numeric constitutionalism. How quantitative indicators shape rights and powers within the European Member State

Interdisciplinary workshop to be held on May 7, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the University of Bologna, supported by the PRIN 2022 project “Governing by Numbers.”

The event will explore the theme of Numeric Constitutionalism, namely the articulation of liberal-democratic constitutional values through quantitative indicators within the Member States of the European Union. Specific public policies implemented through indicators will be examined to assess how rights and the balance of powers are shaped and enforced within the European Membership framework.
