SHORT DESCRIPTION: QO-AMSTERDAM is a company that operates in the hospitality and catering sector, making sustainability and circular action its reference points. Thanks to high technology instruments, QO-AMSTERDAM allows to regulate the internal temperature in relation to the external climate, the water is stored and reused, and the heat is always balanced according to needs. Even the furnishings were all made with materials chosen for their circularity and their origin, without toxic emissions for customers and workers. 

A place that aims at the perfect synthesis between luxury, aesthetics and ethics. 

 

KEY ACTIVITIES: In addition to the rooms and services of the hotel, the structure includes a restaurant, a bar and a floor entirely dedicated to co-working, with meeting rooms, shared kitchen and high-speed wi-fi connections. Persijn, the pioneering Dutch restaurant, is located on the floor, using local, healthy and seasonal products, mostly from the QO greenhouse, on the 21st floor, the top of the building. The greenhouse produces fruit, vegetables, herbs and even fish using modern aquaponic farming techniques. Finally, in Bar Juniper & Kin, customers can enjoy the products of the greenhouse in cocktails and innovative dishes, tasty and fast, with a spectacular view of the city.
