On the eve of its fifth edition, the Ravenna Summer School (RSS) was considered by its Director – Professor Michele Angelo Lupoi – and its Vice-Director – Professor Marco Farina – ready to count among its achievements the establishment of its own Yearbook. It is with this in mind that Davide Castagno (University of Turin) was entrusted with taking on editorial responsibility for this volume, which brings together some of the lectures delivered in Ravenna during the summer of 2024, alongside contributions from authors who are part of the wider RSS “family” – a community whose academic and professional activities extend well beyond the summer program. The volume is divided into two sections, respectively dedicated to “Recent Trends and Emerging Challenges in Transnational Litigation” and “International Commercial Arbitration”. It is freely downloadable and we hope you will enjoy reading it.
