StudENT for Africa

Stud-ENT for Africa is the program of entrepreneurial involvement of the University of Bologna dedicated to students who aim to support the realization of innovative entrepreneurial projects creating economic and social development in Africa.

The project is realized by the University of Bologna and the Alma Mater Foundation thanks to the support of IBM and Intesa Sanpaolo.

IMPROVE YOUR IDEA is the program that supports the business project development of candidates who took part in the initiative “StudENT for Africa” within the scope of the StartUp Day 2019 (SUD’19) and who were not among the 30 finalists.

Many of the presented projects have a large potential and, instead of ending up in a desk drawer, they might be worth being explored.

If you are still thinking about your project and you are motivated to develop it further, we offer you three meetings during which you will receive support and advice in the form of practical examples and exercises. These inputs will help you with the consolidation and implementation of your business idea.
