Mygrants is the first app based on microlearning designed to deliver immigrants, through a series of thematic module quizzes, information, training and career placement support. The app screens the skills, background and aspirations of immigrants; train them both with a theoretical approach, based on information and knowledge, and with a practical approach based on direct experience; analyses the data collected to ease the matching between most skilled identified and the labour market.
