The greenhouse preserves the vegetables' quality, reduces the exogenous factors which influence the yield and finally that break the link between the seasonality and vegetable production. Hortown's products are sold inside the supermarket in a distinct area, that is daily restocked. The aquaponics system is the production method choosen.
