He graduated at Università di Trento and has a PhD in Biomolecular Sciences. In Sibylla Biotech he coordinates the team, he’s in charge for the management of research activities and development of the company and of the research projects which include cooperations and external services.

Having an economic education, she started her career in 1994 at Provincia di Bologna and now at Città metropolitana di Bologna in the sector of economic and local development. From 01/11/2016 she’s manager of the Economic Development Area at Città metropolitana, workin on policies and projects  to safeguard the manufacturing base, for the protection and the quality of employment, to attract investments and talents, for the promotion of the entrepreneurial culture and the start of new companies.

She’s also manager of the Territorio Turistico Bologna-Modena and manager of the project Insieme per il Lavoro, born from the cooperation among Comune, Città metropolitana and Arcidiocesi di Bologna and, starting from 2021, also Regione Emilia-Romagna.
