Operads and Kzhdan Lusztig Stanley theory

Abstract: We will give a brief introduction to classical operadic theory and then define our own operad-like structure, governed by geometric lattices and chains of flats. We will give several examples of such structures and see how some of those examples are related to the Kazhdan-Lusztig theory of geometric lattices.
