Inauguration

The PITLab inauguration ceremony, held on 9 February 2026 at the Imola Circuit, marked the official presentation of the joint laboratory dedicated to research on sustainable mobility, road safety, inclusivity, and new technologies. The event brought together representatives from institutions, academia, and the local area, including Giovanni Molari, Rector of the University of Bologna, Marco Panieri, Mayor of Imola, Fabio Bacchilega, President of CON.AMI, Valerio Cozzani, Director of the DICAM Department, Valeria Vignali, Director of PITLab, and Pietro Benvenuti, General Director of the Imola Circuit.
