• The incubator’s goal is to contribute to the social inclusion of newcomers and empower them to work independently.
• The incubator collaborates mainly with private businesses who offer work opportunities and networking to the program participants.
• The main criterium applied by the incubator is that the tenants must be interested to work within the field of the incubators’ industry and be highly motivated to participate in the program.
• The program is focused in helping its tenants develop the right skills necessary for them to either build their own business or get them ready to enter the job market.
• Trainings are given in person in the incubator’s lab and are carried out solely by internal staff. English is the language used to facilitate newcomers, who are likely not to speak or understand Dutch properly.
