In presence training and external mentorship in The Netherlands

  • What it is

    Private incubator

  • Who it’s for

Startups with two or more founders

  • What it’s for

Empower founders to bring about positive change worldwide

• The main goal of the incubator is to empower founders to bring about positive change worldwide.
• One of the characteristics of this incubator is the ability to build ecosystems (which represent the incubator’s networks) around specific domains. These ecosystems are made up of corporations, investors, governmental agencies that promote entrepreneurship as well as many emerging start-ups. Many of these entities are partner with and sponsor the incubator.
• The incubator accepts to its programs startups that are focused in specific sectors such as tech, energy, or health. The startups need to have two or more founders (as this is usually more appreciated by investors), who have to demonstrate that their business idea already has some market traction. Once they have been accepted, the startups receive a substantial amount of investment from the incubator. The startups do not necessarily need to be located in the Netherlands but are required to travel to Amsterdam during the training week.
• Trainings focus on themes that are meant to elevate the business, such as sales, pitching, funding. Importance is given to mentoring and coaching as is through these moments that the startups can get a more personalized experience.
• The trainings are given live, in person, in English. The founders have the possibility to watch again the recordings of the meetings afterwards. The sessions are organized in such a way to facilitate interaction. These are given by three different groups of trainers that focus on specific areas: funding, general training, and mentoring. Funding and general training are given by internal staff, while the programs’ mentors are external. The incubator offers office space to those startups that need it during the training week(s).
