• Krachtbedrijf is an incubator with the goal to empower people that have experienced dramatic situations achieve economic and social independence.
• The incubator receives help mainly from governmental organizations to find participants for its program, and from Dutch municipalities that hire the incubator to run its programs for their communities.
• The program focuses on two pillars: personal and business orientation. The learning method is blended, combining online and offline learnings. Practical information on how to start a business is given through online, pre-recorded videos. The online learning is complemented with workshops, company visits, and personal coaching.
• The incubator gives particular importance to the group: this is seen as the first moment where the participants start networking. Furthermore, it’s through teamwork that the participants benefit and bring their business ideas and development a step forward.
