• Private, not-for-profit incubator that supports enterprises and local administrations in the provision of incentives from regional, national and/or European resources; in credit support and the issuing of guarantees; in venture capital interventions; in services for internationalisation, the promotion of business networks and regional excellence; in services for business start-ups and development; in measures for social inclusion.
• In particular one program and its infrastructures represent the meeting point and hub of opportunities for economic development, self-employment, creativity and innovation for the community of stakeholders interested in changing the course of the regional system.
• It offers specific expertise, technological, productive, financial and commercial partnerships, as well as networking opportunities to ensure an effective response to the competitive growth of start-ups.
• The mentoring and tutoring activities are provided by internal staff whereas specific training topics are covered by external trainers. Tutors co-design an individual development plan with the entrepreneurs and verify the results during the incubation time.
• Entrepreneurs have access to the common spaces and offices and can participate in the activities and events of the incubator.
• The incubator has also an association, whose members have an interest in joining the community and get in touch with innovators. They bring in their skills and knowledge and are part of the network.
