Blended training and occupational psychologist in Italy

• Fondazione Grameen Italia is a private, not-for-profit foundation targeting fragile people, among which migrants. Migrants include both first generation/refugees and second generation.
• It offers training programs aiming to empower participants in managing personal and economic resources, in making financial decisions and in transforming an idea into a business project, including a social one, in line with their capabilities.
• According to the topic, external or internal trainers are involved as well as the methodology is adapted to the target.
• The organisation also offers incubation programs and microcredit financing. The incubation program covers all business stages, from the definition of the business model and building the business plan to the implementation phases of new operational strategies. On the other hand, microcredit financing is addressed to who cannot access the traditional credit system, and includes the definition of a sustainable business plan and a mentoring phase after the provision of the credit.
• The presence of a occupation psychologist in the staff is important to advise people and to decrease the drop-out rate, therefore being more effective.
