Programs towards inclusion and integration of migrants in France
NGO, created in 1969, nonprofit, financed and subsidized by the State Conference in the integration policy by the European Union, the European Social Fund. In the beginning they worked in the formation of agriculture before returning to their homeland to develop agronomy there.
From 1980 to 2000, an attempt was made to connect the association's migrant project with the project of local development in different villages in Africa.
And from the 2000s onwards, the object of the NGO changed to work especially with people in France with the issues they encounter on the path of inclusion and integration in France, about access to rights, about entrepreneurship.
They develop programs with entrepreneurs from informal businesses, market and resources focused on local territory, heavy social impact, offers personal skills training like self-confidence, ambition, language and communication skills training, entrepreneurs mindset, connecting and engaging neighborhood, networking besides skills for social mobilization.
Count with an internal staff team about 10 people, acting on small target groups, main physical trainings.
