The database contains the following information for each policy:
- Policy_id : identification number, a unique number for each policy ranging from 1 to ...;
- Policy_status: the status of the policy: public, draft, report handled;
- Source_des: the source from which the policy has been retrieved (e.g. EC, Nourishing, SCAR, Member State websites);
- Title: name or title of the policy;
- Description: a brief description of the policy taken from reference sources;
- Keywords: keywords relative to the policy separated by ";"
- Year_from: the year (or period) in which the policy was implemented;
- Year_to: the year (or period) in which the policy was removed;
- Goals: the goal of the policy according to the SUSFANS classification;
- Subgoals: the sub-goal of the policy according to the SUSFANS classification;
- Ultimate_beneficiaries: the ultimate beneficiary of the policy;
- Instruments: the instrument of the policy (see Classification section);
- Primary_targets: the primary targeted actor of the policy (see Classification section);
- Geographical Scope: the territory covered by the policy: national, supra-national, or sub-national;
- Countries: the country where the policy was implemented;
- Local Area: if the policy is sub-national, details about the local area of the policy (e.g. the regions/cities of interest).
- Formulators: the key formulator of the policy (e.g. a Member State ministry, an European Commission DG, an association);
