Frigocut 2800E Cryostat - Reichert Jung/Leica allows the production of frozen tissue sections suitable for histological, immunohistochemical, or immunofluorescence staining. It is equipped with an automatic motorized cutting system and the ability to set the section thickness (range from 1 to 60 µm). The cutting chamber has three compartments for the freezing of biological samples, and the chamber temperature can be set down to -30°C.
