Attune NxT is a compact benchtop flow cytometer with hardware features that provide high resistance to blockages, reliability, and high sample flow speed. The acoustic focusing technology allows for sample flow speeds ranging from 12.5 to 1,000 µL/min (up to 35,000 events/sec with all parameters), approximately 10 times faster than traditional cytometers, without compromising data integrity.
It is equipped with a 488 nm solid-state laser (4 colors; 6 parameters).
The alignment is fixed and achieved with a pre-aligned welded fiber, eliminating the need for user maintenance.

Acoustic focusing system for high acquisition speeds.
Forward scatter: photodiode detector with a 488/10 nm bandpass filter.
Side scatter: PMT with pre-defined 488/10 nm bandpass filter; optional 405/10 nm bandpass filter.
Attune Cytometric Software: Data is acquired and saved in atx format, but also in FCS (a format readable by most common analysis programs, e.g., Flowjo).
