During the pandemic, there have been carried out research projects aiming at boosting the food quality and the packaging including: 

PASS RESEARCH PROJECT to identify and assess specific plasma parameters able to induce the deactivation of Covid-19, to be used as input for the creation of a pre-industrial prototype, the commercialisation of which will be the final output of the entire project.

 SAFELIVERY to develop innovative food delivery services and protocols suited to reduce the risk of food surfaces and packaging contamination by the COVID-19 virus, and other agents, during preparation and delivery of “Ready To Eat foods”.
