The boundaries of competition. The protection of social interests in EU competition law.

The round table, chaired by Prof. Mastroianni (Judge of the General Court of the European Union), will be aimed at exploring the relationship between EU antitrust law and certain fundamental social needs that may constitute a limit or a condition to its application.
